01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RheXa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and their individual members.
02Description of Service
RheXa is an AI-powered email management platform that connects to your Gmail account to classify incoming emails, extract leads, generate AI replies, and automate email workflows. The Service uses advanced artificial intelligence models (OpenAI) to process email content and provide intelligent responses based on your organization's unique knowledge base.
03Account Registration
Accuracy
You must provide complete and accurate data during registration.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to operate a RheXa account.
Responsibility
Organization owners are liable for all activity within their instance.
04Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full platform access (usage limits apply). After the trial period, your processing will pause unless a paid subscription is active. Data generated during the trial will be retained for 30 days post-expiration.
05Subscriptions & Billing
- Billing is processed securely via LemonSqueezy.
- Usage limits (emails/replies) reset at each monthly or yearly anniversary.
- Upgrades are processed immediately; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
- Cancellation can be performed at any time through the billing dashboard.
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our billing team.
06Gmail Integration
The Service requires OAuth access to your Gmail account. You authorize RheXa to read, classify, and send replies on your behalf within the scope of your configured workflows.
Automated Actions
Auto-send features, when enabled, will send AI responses without manual approval. You reside as the final controller of these settings and RheXa is not liable for emails sent via automated workflows you have initialized.

8. Intellectual Property
The platform, interface, and logic remain the exclusive property of RheXa. You retain 100% ownership of your company data, knowledge base content, and extracted leads.
9. AI-Generated Content
AI outputs are provided "as-is." While we maintain high accuracy thresholds, we do not guarantee the perfection of AI drafts. You are responsible for the final content sent from your accounts.
10. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but provide the service without a guaranteed SLA for non-enterprise tiers. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RheXa's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Privacy
Usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data handling procedures.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for violation of Acceptable Use policies. You may close your account at any time via the settings panel.
14. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated to reflect feature changes. Continued use of RheXa after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
