Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RehXa platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

RehXa reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

To use RehXa, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed.

RehXa provides AI-powered customer agent software that allows businesses to deploy conversational AI on their websites. The Service includes:

• AI agent creation and training
• Knowledge base management (file uploads, website crawling, Q&A pairs)
• Embeddable chat widget
• Conversation analytics and lead collection
• Dashboard for managing agents and data

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate another person or entity through the AI agent
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

RehXa reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You retain all rights to your uploaded content and business data. RehXa retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and documentation.

You grant RehXa a limited license to use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REHXA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

RehXa's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. RehXa may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
